Cancellation Policy
Life happens! I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
• Same-day cancellations: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. This payment will be applied to your next appointment.
• No-call / no-show: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. This payment will not be applied to future services.
• Rescheduling: If the same appointment is rescheduled 3 times, you’ll no longer be able to book online. Future appointments will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.
